Made an appointment for 8 in the morning. Called at 10 to check if my appointment was still intact, and was told the technicians would recieve a message and get back to me. Called again at noonish and I was told the same thing. Called again at one to see if they were coming at all, and was told the same thing. Finally called at 2ish to cancel my appointment and reach out to another company. I took the whole day off to try and get my ducts repaired. I can understand being short staffed or running behind, but I did not receive a single phone call
